A Budget Friendly Easter Tablescape
I’m almost a week ahead of schedule! My budget friendly Easter tablescape is done. I love how put together it looks, and I did it with a bunch of pieces I had on hand. For the rest, I found inexpensive options!
The Knockoff Bowl!
To start with, my favorite spring find is this terracotta bowl from Aldi, which resembles a number of (much more) expensive bowls on the market right now. I can’t wait to style this piece over the course of the year! At $19.99, it’s at least $50 cheaper than anything I’ve seen.
Add Some Greens
I love keeping these basic greens around–they’re a staple in decorating. They add a beautiful backdrop, with color, texture and dimension for any arrangement. I originally purchased these from Hobby Lobby in 2017, and I’ve used them all over the house. I added two in here, bending the ends to make them lie down easier.
The Egg Garland
I love adding holiday themed garland in floral arrangements–I think it gives levels of design to catch color and detail. This darling egg garland came from Dollar Tree in 2023, already strung together.
Spring Florals
Another staple in design, I like to keep some of these *paper* floral stems for small spots–just like this. It’s an easy way to bring another texture and color into the mix. These stems were orginally from Michaels. I thought the soft colors were a nice addition to the Easter pastels.
The Eggs!
These cuties are another Dollar Tree find in 2023, about the size of my hand. I like working in odd numbers with things like this, so three eggs fit well in this centerpiece.
Add Some Bunnies!
This was a last minute find at Target, in the dollar spot. The organic materials were a perfect fit for my Easter tablescape.
Set the Table
It’s no secret…I love having my dining table set. I work from home, and my office overlooks this space, so it’s nice to have it put together. However, we do entertain regularly, which means I remove everything, set it to the side, and put it back together afterwards. I try to keep the table settings simple, but pretty.
Create the Look:
- The chargers are from IKEA
- Cloth napkins are from World Market
- Plates are simple white, originally Crate & Barrel, but Walmart has a look alike!
- Palm plates are from Amazon
- Floral sprigs are DIY…I used random florals, jute twine and eucalyptus I had lying around. That’s normal, right?
